Cackleberries is looking for talented people to work in an emerging industry to help create quality multi-genre children’s edutainment rooted in solid IP. Our staff are working to imagine a world for children where everyone is accepted, where differences are never feared and where innocence still exists. We never market nor advertise to children and we do not encourage consumerism.

We are looking for a full-time Drupal developer to join our team to work with senior developers and project leaders to develop custom modules for Drupal.  

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or another related field
- 5+ years in progressively senior web development or programmer roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience using a variety of open-source platforms
- Solid knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, DOM and JavaScript
- Familiarity with PHP5, MySQL, Linux, Apache (LAMP Stack), JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, HTML5, XML,  SVN, SSH, SFTP
- Must write clean, efficient code following coding standards
- Expert knowledge in modifying Drupal using its hooks and APIs
- Expert knowledge in Object Oriented PHP
- Expert knowledge using MySQL

- The ability to manage time efficiently

Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Drupal 7, Drush, Features, Context, Aegir, Ubercart, Drupal Multisite configuration, Drupal’s language/translation functionality
- Experience integrating software services (SAAS) API’s using XML and/or JSON over cURL.
- Drupal installation, configuration, and management.
